BTX vol.03 — SECRET BREKKIE SOCIETY (Spring 2022)
Our first ever BTX SS Drop — Secret Brekkie Society was a playful deep dive into Egypt’s breakfast culture — reimagined through the lens of art, humor, and experimentation. With the mantra “Food has a mind of its own,” the collection brought to life our favorite brekkie dishes as if they were characters in their own right — quirky, expressive, and unapologetically Egyptian.
Each design told a story — from fool to shakshuka — transforming familiar comfort food into fun, illustrative narratives that blended nostalgia with wit. It was an ode to mornings, to gatherings, and to the chaotic beauty of Egyptian breakfast.
The collection was designed exclusively for BROWNTOAST by Habiba Haddara, whose whimsical style and storytelling approach gave the pieces their distinct, character-driven charm. This limited-edition capsule featured only 30 pieces per design, making each one a collectible snapshot of BROWNTOAST's humor-infused creativity.
Once sold out, the limited edition drop - Secret Brekkie Society was never restocked — a reminder that some breakfasts are meant to be savored once.
