Return & Exchange Policy

Try-On on Delivery:
We offer try-ons upon delivery! You can check your item before accepting it. If it’s not what you expected, you can send it back with the courier immediately.

Refunds:
If you wish to return an item after accepting it, please note the following:

• Return Window: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund. *ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
  
• How to Request a Refund: Reach out via Instagram DM or send an email to info@browntoast.com. Include the following in your request:

  An image of the item in its original packaging with the tag attached (unworn and in the same condition as received)

• Response Time: We will review your request and get back to you within 48 working hours (weekends and official holidays excluded).
  
• Return Shipping & Costs: Please note that all shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs. A flat fee of 100 EGP is applied for refunds, covering courier shipping, warehousing, and handling in Cairo. 110 EGP for Alex & 150 EGP for the rest of Egypt.
  
• Return Process: The courier will pick up the item within 3–5 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, the refund will be processed via Instapay within 3–4 business days.
  
• Total Time: The entire refund process typically takes around 14 days from your initial request.
  

Alternative Option:
Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive a gift card equal to the value of your returned item, valid for 1 year, to shop in our store.

الاسترداد المالي:

إذا رغبت في إعادة المنتج بعد استلامه، يرجى اتباع ما يلي:

• مدة الإرجاع: يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام طلبك لطلب الاسترداد.
  
• طريقة طلب الاسترداد: تواصل معنا عبر رسائل إنستجرام أو أرسل إيميل على info@browntoast.com، مع تزويدنا بما يلي:

• مدة الرد: سنقوم بمراجعة طلبك والرد خلال 48 ساعة عمل (عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية مستبعدة).
  
• شحن الإرجاع والتكاليف: يرجى ملاحظة أن جميع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع يتحملها العميل. المبلغ المسترد لا يشمل تكاليف الشحن. يتم تطبيق رسوم 100 جنيه على الاسترداد، لتغطية تكاليف التوصيل، المخزن، والعمليات المتعلقة بالمخزون.
  
• عملية الإرجاع: سيقوم مندوب التوصيل باستلام المنتج خلال 3–5 أيام عمل. بعد استلام وفحص المنتج في المخزن، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد عبر Instapay خلال 3–4 أيام عمل.
  
• المدة الإجمالية: عادةً ما تستغرق عملية الاسترداد بالكامل حوالي 14 يومًا من وقت طلبك الأول.
  

خيار بديل:

بدلاً من الاسترداد المالي، يمكنك اختيار الحصول على بطاقة هدايا بقيمة المنتج المُعاد، صالحة لمدة سنة كاملة للتسوق في متجرنا.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item after receiving it, please note the following:

• Return & Replacement Shipping: The courier will pick up the original item within 3–5 business days. The correct item will be delivered instantly upon pickup. Please note that all shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, and the 100 EGP fee applies to cover courier, warehousing, and handling costs. 110 EGP for Alex & 150 EGP for the rest of Egypt.
