BROWNTOAST was born out of frustration — and love.

Frustration with the lack of originality in local fashion, and love for design that actually means something.

Around 2020, we noticed how little of what we wore came from here. The local scene had potential, but it was either overpriced, overhyped, or simply uninspired. So we decided to do something about it — build a brand that felt real, relevant, and ours.

At BROWNTOAST, we reinterpret global trends through a local lens. Every piece starts with an idea, a feeling, or a cultural reference that means something to us — then gets translated into bold, story-driven streetwear made to last. We’re not chasing hype or copying what’s trending; we’re creating conversation starters.

Our collections fall under two main lines:

BTO, our in-house line of streetwear essentials redefined through quality and fit, and BTX, our collaborative line with local artists — each drop a new narrative, each piece a collectible.

For us, fashion is a way of archiving culture. It’s how we document what it feels like to be here, now — Arab, creative, and connected to the world.

We’re building more than a brand; we’re building a community of people who get it — people who care about originality, craftsmanship, and clothes that say something without trying too hard.
